Mica Plates

We laminate mica paper or bond mica splitting with different resin to get various kinds of mica plates.

a)Silicone Resin Mica Plates(Muscovite, Phlogopite and Synthetic)

These plates are made of mica paper and silicon resin. Rigid and flexible both are available.

Mostly applied in electrical household appliance such as baker, oven, electric cooker, hair dryer, etc.

Thickness : 0.10-50mm
Standard size : 1000x600mm 1000x1200mm 1000x2400mm,and special dimensions on request.

Epoxy Resin Mica Plates(Muscovite and Phlogopite)

Made of mica paper and epoxy resin. Be applied to commutator, Gasket, etc.

Thickness : 0.4-2.0mm
Standard size : 1000x600mm 1000x1200mm

Moulding Mica Plate

Mica splittings bound with different adhesive and heat-pressed to get hard insulation material. It can be formed to any desired shape (tube, ring and other shapes).
Be applied in class B, F, H electrical motors and electric parts. Low resin moulding mica sheets are suitable for high temperature or high rotate speed motors, such as traction motors and lifting motors.

Main types: Shellac moulding mica sheet Silicone moulding mica sheet/ Bi-Maleic moulding mica sheet.
